Last week I was watching CNN and they did a news about Whateverlife.com and how much she was making from Myspace layout website. I thought it was pretty cool that her story got featured on CNN. After that story aired, I knew people were going to lookup whateverlife.com related search terms. I happened to write about her story few weeks back so my article page got indexed by google.

You can see her traffic spiked after that CNN story aired. This blog traffic is very tiny compare to 250,000 visitors her site receives daily. 250,000/visitors WOW. I too benefiting from this surge in traffic from people looking for whateverlife.com information. I’m getting decent traffic here although I’m not monetizing this blog as right now. I’m still switching themes on and off well as just trying to find some free time to make a new post is difficult enough.
